Introduction
Cognivo is a CRM workspace for managing customer relationships from the first WhatsApp conversation through sales follow-up and ongoing account activity. It gives sales, customer service, managers, and administrators a shared place to work with contacts, companies, leads, interactions, tasks, campaigns, and performance data.
How Cognivo organizes customer work
- Contacts represent individual people and their communication details.
- Customers represent companies or organizations and group their related contacts.
- Interactions capture WhatsApp conversations, ownership, status, and follow-up context.
- Leads & Pipeline track sales opportunities as they move through defined stages.
- Tasks turn follow-up work into assignments with owners, priorities, due dates, and progress.
- WA Blast sends approved WhatsApp templates to defined audiences and tracks delivery results.
- Reports summarize lead, conversion, sales, and team performance.
- Settings controls organization information, WhatsApp integrations, users, teams, roles, and permissions.
A typical customer journey
A person enters Cognivo as a contact through a WhatsApp interaction, manual entry, or file import. The contact can be associated with a customer company and qualified as a lead. The sales team moves that lead through the pipeline, records activities and notes, and creates tasks for the next action. Managers use reports to monitor conversion and performance, while administrators maintain access and integrations.
Each module can also be used independently. The value of Cognivo grows when teams keep ownership, status, and relationship data current across the workflow.

Product concepts to keep consistent
Use a contact for a person and a customer for a company. Use an interaction for a conversation, a lead for a sales opportunity, and a task for a concrete action someone must complete. Keeping these concepts separate prevents duplicate records and makes reporting more reliable.
